Medical Care Solutions Patient Guidelines For New And Renewing MMJ Card Certification
Patients under the age of 18 years old will not be eligible for appointments at our clinic
New patients aged 18-31 will need to provide their medical records during their initial appointment
Renewing patients who previously held a Colorado MMJ card are not required to provide medical records for their renewal
Schedule an appointment with us, and upon qualification, we'll issue a provider certification and submit it electronically to the State of Colorado. Afterward, you'll have six months to submit your medical marijuana application on the Colorado state website
